Services
ailightsystempro provides AI-integrated smart devices designed to enhance everyday living. These services include device setup assistance, software updates, and customer support.
Refund Policy for Services
Services that involve setup assistance or personalized support are non-refundable due to the nature of the work performed. This is because work begins immediately upon confirmation. However, if the service has not yet started, you may request cancellation through our contact form.
In some cases, service appointments can be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance via contact form.
Digital Products
In addition to physical devices, ailightsystempro offers downloadable software updates and user manuals. These digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of these products, refunds are available only in cases of technical faults or if the product does not match the description. Requests must be sent through the contact form within 7 days of purchase. Upon approval, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days.
Physical Products
Our physical smart devices are shipped from our headquarters located at 34-1-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0013, Japan.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
Customers may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
To initiate a return or replacement, please submit a request via the contact form. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Physical products may also be eligible for delivery rescheduling through the contact form if arranged before dispatch.
Limitations of Liability
ailightsystempro is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the products or unauthorized modifications.
